Auto Parts Counter Associate

Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care Representative (CCR) focuses on increasing the sales traffic of the dealership by receiving inbound sales calls and making outbound sales calls such as (not limited to) Lease Retention, Internet, Unsold Showroom Traffic and follow up calls which produce solid and specific appointments for the sales team. The CCR acts as the essential communication link between the client and the dealership. The CCR must be a friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·       Mastering all training materials provided by the dealership

·       Following the sales scripts and guidelines on all inbound and outbound calls

·       Ensuring that all calls presented are answered promptly and professionally

·       Using the various sales scripts at the appropriate stages of all sales calls

·       Ability to work well under pressure

·       Must possess strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to multitask

·       Developing proficiency with all features of the CRM software

·       Ensuring that all information entered into CRM is consistent and accurate

·       Maintaining a current knowledge of coupons, direct mail pieces and sales advertising

·       Developing a thorough understanding of and demonstrating adherence to the internet department and dealership policies and procedures

·       Consistently maintaining hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly goals which correspond to the objectives of the dealer and your individual performance

·       Ensuring that all outbound calls such as (not limited to) No Show, Confirmations, Shown appointment follow up Unsold Showroom Traffic and Task list calls are made in a timely and effective manner

·       Consistently meeting the guidelines for number of set appointments, shows and outbound calls to be made hourly and daily

·       Ensuring that appointments are set consistent with policy and the appropriate personnel

·       Maintaining the essential communication link between the client and dealership

·       Demonstrating the ability to interact effectively with dealer personnel at all levels

·       Maintains strict confidentiality of confidential personal information of our customers in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Safeguards Rule, implementing the provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act as they pertain to automobile dealerships.

·       Performs other duties as assigned

·       Maintaining a professional code of conduct at all times




Lot Attendant

We are looking for lot attendants who will work with our Sales and Service departments for set up and cleaning of new and used vehicles for delivery and display.

Job Description:
  • Work with our sales departments for set up and cleaning of new and used vehicles for delivery and display
  • Work with our service department and body shop to clean customers' vehicles for delivery
  • Organize the display lot
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness, neatness and safety of building and lot
  • Perform light duty building maintenance
  • Remove snow and ice from the lot as needed

Lube Technicians

Part-Time Warranty Administrator

We are currently looking for a part time Warranty Administrator.  This position requires 24 to 28 hours per week, mostly evenings and Saturdays.  Responsibilities include:  review, correct and input all warranties to the manufacturer, correct and resubmit all warranties, work with main office to insure all money is collected and accounted for correctly, and help service manager, dispatcher and service advisors with customer write up, answering phones, setting appointment and other daily duties.  Must be available to work the last business day of every month.  Dealership and accounting experience is helpful but not necessary.

Vehicle Porter

Candidate will porter, detail and recondition used vehicles for display and for sale as well as porter and detail customer vehicles upon appointment. This person will clean and vacuum all vehicles in inventory as needed and keep showroom vehicles maintained. He or she will oversee and train lot attendants to insure vehicles are properly set up for display and sale, and that production stay at a high level.

Person will also maintain and care for all shop tools, machines and equipment. Cleanliness, neatness and safety of building and lot are a must.

This person must understand and follow instructions in English and have a valid WI driver's license and clean driving record. Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds and able to work both outside and inside year long.
