I am purchasing a new vehicle from Soerens Ford for the first time, and I must say the customer service was first rate.  The sales rep (Robert) answered all my questions and never even hinted at pressuring me into buying a vehicle. 
This made for the most enjoyable experience I have ever had when automobile shopping.

My husband and I were looking for a specific Volkswagen car. After doing an Internet Auto Search, I found the car at Soerens Ford in Brookfield. Adam Thiele and John Dziadosz in Internet Sales were prompt in answering my questions. John D gave me a fabulous Internet Price that was thousands of dollars below other dealerships in the Metro-Milwaukee area. We went to see the car in person and bought it the same day. The staff at Soerens Ford were efficient and professional in completing the sale.

I had my F-150 in for Service, oil change, door rattle fixed, and Sync System updated. All was done well, ther eis no more rattle, and the Sync System is upgraded. Thanks also to Laura Mokelke for setting up my phone again. For an older guy like me who is technically challanged, she is always patient with me. This is the sixth truck that I have purchased from my sales guy, Greg Rossey. He is always a pleasure to deal with. This is another great truck for my business.

Tom Price is a very wonderful guy and he gve me alot of information and never pressured me. (It is the home of the nice guys) I'm enjoying my Ford F-150 and thanks Tom for being my sales Rep.

When I was shopping for a new car in the summer of 2006, I came across the Soerens Ford web page, I was able to choose model, color, and extras. I took this information I visited the dealership and was treated like an old friend, they found the exact car I wanted. I have been a happy Soeren's Customer since that time. My wife and I visisted Soerens Ford about 2 weeks ago. We spotted a car on the lot that we have been interested in for quite a while. We were expecting to get "preyed on" by a salesperson and were dreading the routine. Instead we were approached by a really nice guy, Robert Reid. He was helpful and knowledgeable. What I liked about him most was his no pressure tactics. He made for an enjoyable shopping experience. We are thoroughly enjoying the new Fusion.

I have recently purchased my second used car from Soerens in the last 7 years. My family has utilized the service department for 20 years. Both the professionalism and the expertise in the sales and service departments have always impressed my family and I. Our first used car is up to 180k miles and going strong due to the expertise of the service department. I was so impressed with the 2009 Ford Edge Limited. John Schultz listens to your needs

I thought everything about the October Ladies Night, Pamper Yourself Event at Soerens Ford was very nice.  Laura works very hard to make these events possible and she is always very successful!!!
I had a nice opportunity to visit with some of the other women that I have met previously at the monthly Ladies Nights. 

My husband and I are surely 
enjoying our 2011 Ford Explorer and we get many compliments about it. One big enjoyment is the 25 mpg we get on our semi-monthly trips to northern Wisconsin!  Some people compliment on the nice color; Gold Metallic!
