Sorens Ford service is awsome.I used there valet service..That was also outstanding they were we prompt both on pick up and delivery. Called before pick up and when the vehicle was delivered. Angelina the service writer did an awsome.job scheduling service and worked to get the time I needed. Great job Sorens staff!!!

I took my car in for an oil change and for some general service. I was able to make an appointment at a very convenient time. I dropped my car off and when it was done, they delivered the car back to my home!

I purchased a number of cars and trucks and cars from Sorens over the years and they have always been fair and very professional.

Curtis did not assist me. Mikey Chapman did. He was very professional and helpful. He anticipated my questions re: recalls on my 2019 Explorer and Reward dollars.

I chose the on-site service for the first time and they called when they were on the way did the service. Worked out well.

One tire was low after being worked on, Mikey checked it and refilled it to the proper pressure. I will check it regularly to see if it holds pressure properly.

Soren’s Ford-Brookfield did an excellent diagnosis and fixing of an unusual car issue, that is a walnut stuck behind brake pad, probably due to a squirrel.

The service technician was able to diagnose and locate the walnut in my wheel, lodged between brake pads. The dealership was very accommodating in having a service valet, with a back-up car, to return my vehicle home. No charge for the tech inspection/valet; probably because my brand new car is less than a month old, insure what inspection policy/charge would be otherwise.

Ithe Mobil technician was assigned to my recall on my F150. He came to the house performed the necessary reprogramming for the computer and left. Very convenient!!!
