Took care of all my problems Found an issue I didn’t even know I had

My truck was leaking transmission fluid again. Based on the pictures i showed them & that this being the 3rd visit, they took my truck in on the spot to properly access the issue. They brought me into the shop to explain/show me what they found. It turns out it was residual trans fluid from the previous repairs that was dripping onto my garage floor. Nate cleaned up the affected area & assured me that the issue was resolved. To date, no more leaks so I'm good. Thanks to Mike & Nate for being persistent & vested in resolving the issue for me.

An issue with the wiper windshield wiper function two or three months after buying the new vehicle was about to leave on a trip and they were able to work it into the schedule the day before I left so I was grateful that it was taken care of for safety purposes

Sorens Ford body shop was amazing to work with. This is the second time I used them. They explained everything to meand they answered all my questions. I was informed the estimate time of 1 week to complete the work. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and to my surprise they had it done that Thursday. They did excellent work.
