The Body Shop Manager was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The repairs were done in a professional manner and completed on time.

Took a while to get an appointment arranged with a loaner car, but once we did it was a fast and efficient process that couldn't have gone any smoother. And it's SO nice to not have to climb in and out of my Escape's passenger door every time.

I purchased a 2023 Ford Escape from another dealership. Soerens is closer to me, so I used them for service. I was close enough that they picked up the vehicle and brought it back. There were some recalls and items covered under warranty that they pursued even though I only brought it in for the warranty item. They even got Ford to pay for a part that was related to a recall even though it should have been stored from the previous partial service for the recall. I'm happy with Soerens service.
