Pick-up and drop-off service is convenient and a great service offered by Soerens.

I needed a 2nd fob, I called Soerens and the ordered my new fob. When the new fob was received then Soerens programmed it with any issues. I am now a new Soerens customer. Soerens was very helpful, polite and they made sure I was satisfied. I sure was. I greatly appreciated what Soerens has done for me!!

Soerens Ford helped me find the vehicle I'd been waiting for. I came in looking for a very specific used vehicle that I had already researched and determined would fit my family's needs and budget. Rick was great throughout the process. Even though we arrived during a storm, he brought the vehicle into the service garage so we could thoroughly look it over and test it without standing out in the rain. Since purchasing the vehicle, he's also called to check in and make sure everything has been going well, which I really appreciated. That level of follow-up and customer care went above and beyond what I expected. Alan was equally great to work with. He was transparent about the value of our trade-in, explained how they arrived at that number, and clearly walked us through the pricing of the new vehicle. While the overall cost was a little higher than I had initially hoped, he asked what monthly payment I was comfortable with and worked through the numbers with us in a way that was honest, easy to understand, and never felt high-pressure. I left feeling like my needs were met, my budget was respected, my questions were answered, and most importantly, I drove home in the vehicle I'd been hoping to find. Been to two other Ford Dealerships in my area and had major problems with them. They were at fault for serious issues and resulted in zero accountability and zero genuine resolution and no customer service skills in regards to them. I have to say I loved my first time experience here. The dealership is huge. The layout is beautiful. The waiting area is truly impressive. The coffee bar was top notch. The popcorn was a great treat. My on-boarding experience was thorough and communication was 10 out of 10. Mikey is a rock star and true gem to work with. Sad I didnt come sooner the past 7 years as I am now moving out of the area. If I wasnt moving this would be my go to hands down.

Doug was really amazing to watch him wield his magic. He located a car we wanted but it was in Illinois. NP, he got it here and we bought it. He did not disappoint. Our second Bronco is perfect. Finance was fast and efficient. We could not get the modem connected so Doug said NP, bring it in and he got the job done.
