Been to two other Ford Dealerships in my area and had major problems with them. They were at fault for serious issues and resulted in zero accountability and zero genuine resolution and no customer service skills in regards to them. I have to say I loved my first time experience here. The dealership is huge. The layout is beautiful. The waiting area is truly impressive. The coffee bar was top notch. The popcorn was a great treat. My on-boarding experience was thorough and communication was 10 out of 10. Mikey is a rock star and true gem to work with. Sad I didnt come sooner the past 7 years as I am now moving out of the area. If I wasnt moving this would be my go to hands down.

Doug was really amazing to watch him wield his magic. He located a car we wanted but it was in Illinois. NP, he got it here and we bought it. He did not disappoint. Our second Bronco is perfect. Finance was fast and efficient. We could not get the modem connected so Doug said NP, bring it in and he got the job done.

Pete is 10/10! I live in Green Bay and had been looking for a very specific Bronco. A dealership here told me “you’ll never get all that for the price you want” mind you this dealership is where I have purchased all my cars the last 20 years with zero concerns! I did some searching and found it at Soerens! I called and got Pete who let me know it had sold that same day but he found another one, which also sold that same day 🤦🏻‍♀️ buuut a few days later he called me back to let me know he found a 3rd one and it was available! They picked it up and was ready within a few days! After going 0/3 myself, figured it just wasn’t meant to be! Pete didn’t have to keep looking but he did and know I have my very specific Bronco at the price I wanted! Also, Allen in financing, was great and it was all so smooth!
