Brought my 2018 Escape in because my engine protector was hanging loose after running over a branch I couldn't avoid. The service department took my Escape right away and replaced bolts and put back up under the engine. Less than 40 minutes. Plus, there wasn't a charge! Sorens is an excellent dealership and I will continue to buy my cars from them.
