Sorens Ford service is awsome.I used there valet service..That was also outstanding they were we prompt both on pick up and delivery. Called before pick up and when the vehicle was delivered. Angelina the service writer did an awsome.job scheduling service and worked to get the time I needed. Great job Sorens staff!!!

I took my car in for an oil change and for some general service. I was able to make an appointment at a very convenient time. I dropped my car off and when it was done, they delivered the car back to my home!

I love this place. I am Not happy with Ford. Software update on my vehicle but no one including this dealer was notified and I had to pay for it, including the diagnostic to find out it was the Software update.

Extremely helpful getting my truck done in 1 day, I had a weekend trip planned, and I really appreciated the help from the service manager and technician getting things done before my trip.
