The service project took three extra days. Unfortunately, the car has a new rattle when you drive it. We don't think it is completely fixed even after a $3000 bill.

We have used this dealership for many years to service our Ford trucks. They have been able book our appointment within a week. They've been thorough and let us know if there might be an upcoming service needed for an unforseen issue. The service at your home is convenient and so is the pick up and/or delivery. They are good about communication as well.

Had service work done on my 22 bronco. Basically it was all recall work. They kept me posted before the appointment to make sure they had all the materials. They gave me all my options to pick up my vehicle before and after, which was not necessary. They all basically wanted to help any needs I had for servicing my 22 bronco. I am always glad to come to Soren's Ford for any service work on my vehicles.
I have always had a 5 star service.this time I noticed a small scratch,I wasn't sure it was they before,they took pictures before and after I did think they let me results about scratch

My oil light went on a few weeks after I had an oil change. They checked everything and drained the oil and then replaced it. Very helpful to getting me in quickly and resolving the issue.

Brought my 2018 Escape in because my engine protector was hanging loose after running over a branch I couldn't avoid. The service department took my Escape right away and replaced bolts and put back up under the engine. Less than 40 minutes. Plus, there wasn't a charge! Sorens is an excellent dealership and I will continue to buy my cars from them.
I had a confusing message pop up on the dashboard saying that it was time for regular maintenance and Alex was able to help me figure out what was needed and also work with me on scheduling the appointment with my crazy work schedule.

They recommended some fluid changes, but I couldn't afford it. Decided on two changes. Then found frozen caliper so had to keep the car there for the weekend. He said you had no cars to borrow since I needed to perform over the weekend. Car works great now.

My recent service of my 2008 Taurus by Soerens Ford was very good. Alex was efficient, friendly and thorough. The online scheduling is easy and they even washed my car before turning it back to me. I've taken our Fords to Soerens Ford since we moved here 10 years ago.
Soerens Ford is a great place to have work done. First they come and pick up my car and drop it off. Second they found my brakes were frozen and pretty much saved me from hazard. I actually only went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Keep up the good work.
Oil Leak was identified but not communicated prior to doing high dollar maintenance (breaks, coolant, oil change, etc.) the car is from 2011, I would have skipped the maintenance and gotten rid of the car.

It was so convenient to come to our home and do the work we needed there. Then Tanner made a trip back to the dealership for us to have a key cut and get another type of oil for an oil change. He was so willing to do whatever it took to finish what we needed done! Super attitude and a great employee!
