Customer Service was great.BUT My six spark plugs that costed me $679 was NOT great. Ford should credit the customer the “diagnostic check” cost and roll it into parts and labor. I’m sick to my stomach that I had to pay that much. The tech lied about my original spark plug gap sizes as when I got home I gapped them and they were in specs. Good I had a good experience. This time I was not given a quote of the estimated charges ahead of time which would've liked. I didn't know the cost until I picked up the vehicle
#1 They have yet to give me a simple quote on what needs to be repaired. Communication was shotty.
Mike Chapman was great to work with. He kept me informed, answered all my questions, etc. The turn around time was too long, but between part availabilities, dealing with extended warranty approvals, etc., it going to take longer. Nate, the service tech, found additional items that needed addressing, so that increased the turn around time as well. Overall, I'm happy all has been addressed.
They picked up and delivered my car, it was very convenient. Good service and good price

It was good, was a few misses I received an oil change and they forgot to reset oil life % and put a new sticker in. They also left some dirty finger prints on my cloth sun advisor. Also been noticing the steering also pretty dirty. Would be great if it could get a wipe down for the customer.

The service was done as expected but it took a very long time. I was told 35-40 minutes but it took over 1.5 hours for just an oil change. There was no communication on the status of my vehicle until I asked as I was running late for a work meeting.

The car was picked up on time. The service work was very good. The six hours I felt was too long.
Poor communication with service writer. I was left in waiting area an unreasonable amount of time without info on my vehicle's progress. Also, when job was completed I was called on my phone to go to the desk of the service writer. Usually, service writer walks out, explains situation then writes things up. Seemed kinda impolite.
Appt. Time was set up I got checked in with ease and everything went smoothly !

Abbey was very courteous and even though the schedule for this particular Saturday was totally full, when she heard I was leaving on a trip the next day, she fit my vehicle in so they would make sure there was no issue that would cause me a problem while I was gone.

My only issue during this visit was that I requested that my car NOT be washed and it was sent through the wash anyway. I prefer not to have my car washed here because it's not a touchless car wash. I prefer a touchless car wash in order to keep micro scratches at a minimum.

Took my car in after Grffin Ford refused to work on it do to it was a 2013. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it the 1st time. Will go back when I need more service.

Overall pretty good, but I would just once like to get my vehicle in and out in less than 7 hours. This reasonably easy fix took 2 trips of 15 hours total. Seems like alot and a big inconvenience.
When checking in, it was a smooth process. Spencer was super nice and welcoming and when it was time to go, he made the process easy! I like brining my car to the dealership where I bought it.
