Soerens replaced a stolen catalytic converter. Only took them a week. Not the lowest cost wise but fast service.

Service check regarding passenger door locking actuator not working; technician diagnosed low battery power resulting in power being directed to driver side only to lock/unlock all doors. Battery replacement fixed issue enabling passenger door actuator to work as designed.
Did not know their products, and when they ordered incompatible parts, they not only made it my problem, but sent a condescending email. I walked away unhappy, never to return. But I am spreading the word
Timely friendly service on my 2015 Mustang. Bought that car new from Soerens and have always continued service there as well as the body shop when needed. Great dealership!
My service manager was not the friendliest, Lindon. I had to bring back my car because one of my windshield wipers was missing from the driver side. They did fix it, but I had to ask the service department manager if he would give me a free oil change. He was very nice. He said he would take good care of me the next time I come in.

Spencer was great but the Service Manager who gave me my quote was not. I was quoted $8338 before tax to fix a rough idle and small oil leak. This is not the honest pricing I would have expected from Soerens Ford and I will NEVER return.
